The crazy and over the top star Tila Tequila had her lawyer in court recently to try to stop the release of a sex tape involving Tila and her boyfriend at that time, that was allegedly filmed over 7 years ago. Her lawyer claims that the tape is an "invasion of privacy and a misappropriation of her image", which we all know is a complete lie. Thankfully the judge agrees with the public and shot the restraining order down saying simply "Tila exploits her sexuality". We all know that this is just a chance for her to get back into the spotlight, the internet is flooded with nude pictures of the pint size star, so people wouldn't have to look very hard to get a glimpse.
